In an educational context characterised by rapid social, technological and pedagogical changes, teachers face the need to continuously develop their professional competencies, reflect on their practices and adapt to the contemporary requirements of the education system and society.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The purpose of the conference is to create an academic and professional platform for researchers, teachers, heads of educational institutions and policymakers to discuss and exchange experiences, practices and research findings related to teachers\u2019 professional development throughout their careers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Through scientific presentations, discussions and the exchange of good practices, the
